Ready to move in? Booking your room is simple, quick, and secure – no paperwork headaches or hidden steps.

1. Check Availability
Have you picked your room? Great! Send us a quick message to confirm availability and pricing. We’ll also ask a few quick questions to make sure the flat, flatmates, and timing are the right fit for you.
2. Send your ID
Once everything is aligned, share a copy of your ID or passport so we can prepare your contract. You will get a chance to review it – and of course, ask us anything before signing.
3. Pay the Deposit
Your spot is secured once we receive the deposit (equal to one month’s rent). You’ll find our bank details in the contract. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, as long as the contract terms are respected.
4. Move In
Welcome to your new home! On arrival, we will check everything with you to make sure your room and flat are just as expected.

1. What happens if I need to cancel or change my contract?
Life happens, and we understand! If you need to cancel or extend your contract, we ask for 30 days’ notice.
2. What’s included in the rent?
Your rent covers the room, all utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi), and access to shared spaces. We also take care of weekly cleaning for common areas.
3. Can I visit the flat before booking?
Yes! You can either book a virtual tour or schedule an in-person viewing, depending on your location. Check the room’s dedicated page or send us a message for extra details.
4. What do I need to bring with me?
You’ll only need to bring personal items like clothes, shampoo or beach towels. Bed linens, towels and kitchenware are provided by us.
5. How do I pay the deposit?
You’ll find the bank details in the contract. You can pay the deposit (one month´s rent) via bank transfer, bizum or paypal, and once we confirm receipt, your room is officially booked.
6. Are the flats fully furnished?
Yes! Each flat is fully furnished with modern, stylish furniture. Plus, every room is equipped with A/C, heating and fast Wi-Fi – everything you need to feel at home.
7. What should I do if something breaks or needs repair?
We conduct regular checks to ensure everything is in good condition. If something breaks, feel free to reach out to us immediately. For any damage caused by improper use, we’ll assess the situation and may deduct repair or replacement costs from your deposit. Promptly informing us helps us resolve any issues quickly.
8. Are pets allowed in the flats?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets in our flats to ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergen-free environment for all flatmates. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.
9. Can I have guests over?
Guests are welcome, but we ask that you be respectful of your flatmates. For extended stays or overnight visits, please check with us and your roommates beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable.
10. What’s the best way to communicate with us during my stay?
We keep in touch via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Upon arrival, we’ll add you to the flat’s WhatsApp group, making it easy to communicate with us and your flatmates for any questions or concerns.
